ALDRIEN STEVEN PATTY

He is a Partner and Head of Litigation and Dispute Resolution Department.

He completed his bachelor of law’s degree (Sarjana Hukum) at Universitas Indonesia, Jakarta in 2008 and licensed to practice law as an advocate by the Indonesian Bar Association (PERADI).

Prior to join in HNP Law Firm 2017, He has worked with a prominent litigation firm and also a leading corporate law firm. He has been involved in various litigation cases representing local and foreign clients and his experience includes advising on diverse domestic and international investors on restructuring of investments and joint venture project.

He and his lawyers in department, routinely handle civil, commercial and criminal litigation matters involving issues such as: breach of contract, collections, fraud and embezzlement, family law, intellectual property, personal injury, property, employment, tax certiorari, environmental issues, commercial disputes, and civil disputes.  We pride ourselves on aggressive advocacy which leads to successful outcomes.
