JOAN GRACIA PATRICIA

She is a Partner and Head of General Corporate Law Department.

She completed his bachelor of law’s degree (Sarjana Hukum) at Universitas Indonesia, Jakarta in 2008 and earned a master of law’s degree (Magister Hukum) from Universitas Indonesia in 2011, and licensed to practice law as an advocate by the Indonesian Bar Association (PERADI).

She joining HNP in 2016 has more than 10 years of experience in general corporate law. Matters she has handled include structuring transactions from the perspective of Indonesian law and advising on regulatory issues. She also drafts and negotiates transaction agreements such as conditional sale and purchase agreements, subscription agreements, joint venture agreements, real estate agreement, option agreements as well as any other agreements that are required to implement the agreed structure.

Our business clients range from start-ups to international companies and family businesses we have served for decades, through several generations. Our clients are in every business sector, including mining, real estate, construction, agriculture, forestry, food & beverages, manufacturing, insurance, finance, the arts, entertainment, technology, restaurants, retail, wholesale, the internet, and health care. Although many people don’t fully appreciate it, non-profits are also businesses, and She represent dozens of them as well.
