MARDIANSYAH ALI LUBIS

He is an Associate in Litigation and Dispute Resolution Department.

He completed his bachelor of law’s degree (Sarjana Hukum) at the University of Sumatera Utara and is licensed to practice law as an advocate by the Indonesian Bar Association (PERADI).

He joined HNP Law Firm in 2025. His professional focus includes criminal and civil law, with strong analytical abilities in interpreting regulations and legislation. He possesses a comprehensive understanding of legal context, logic, and substance, and has proven skills in drafting legal opinions, negotiation, and multitasking.

In HNP, he has been actively involved in representing clients before courts and law enforcement agencies, demonstrating excellent problem-solving, communication, and computer literacy skills.
