MOHAMAD SHOLEH MAULANA

He is a Senior Associate in Litigation and Dispute Resolution Department.

He completed his bachelor of law’s degree (Sarjana Hukum) and earned a master of law’s degree (Magister Hukum) at University of Muhammadiyah Jember and licensed to practice law as an advocate by the Indonesian Bar Association (PERADI).

Prior to joining HNP Law Firm, in 2021, He was a member of a litigation firm where he gained experience in handling civil and criminal case.

In HNP, he was involved in handling many criminal and civil cases in the courts and police with a record of success reaching 70-80%.
